Over 70% of our staffs are R&D personnel, of which more than 70% havemasters or doctorate degrees. Most of them have superior academic backgrounds and practical experiences, enabling us to integrate and develop key technologies to offer total solution services. On the other hand, we also cooperate with Japanese companies to broaden our product portfolios.

Even all product manufacturing processes are oursourced, with appropriate selection of strategy partners can ensure the excellent qualities of Terax's products. At present, PSC and FATC as our strategic partners, have given their full supporting to Terax. Ccombining with our partners' strengths have further enhanced our R&D capability, marketing preciseness and competitive product cost.

Up to now, Terax has two great achievements in wireless communication. We are first company in Taiwan to enter mass production of PHS baseband IC, and have become the third largest supplier in the world. By accumulating more and more custom service experiences, continued increase in market share is expected. By obtaining more certificates of bluetooth baseband chip than other companies in Taiwan, and entering mass production in 2005, we become one of the leading local companies.
