TRA3005 Bluetooth RFIC is a low-cost, fully integrated CMOS radio frequency (RF) transceiver optimized for use in 2.4 GHz BluetoothR EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) applications. It contains transmit, receive, VCO and PLL functions, including an on-chip channel filter and resonator, thus minimizing the need for external components. The transmit modulator is capable of generating FSK, p/4 DQPSK, and 8DPSK signals digitally, in accordance with Bluetooth 2.0 EDR specification.
